Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Teammate Capability and Retention
- Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
- Providing Tire and Auto Products and Services
- Creating Results for Teammates, Customers, and the Company
Involved in every aspect of the store operation, this position involves a commitment to building teammate and customer satisfaction. While selecting, coaching and developing store teammates, you'll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services. Success at this level can open up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities for you.
Manager of Tire Sales
While merchandising, maintaining and assembling tire displays for promotions, you'll share your knowledge of sales techniques and tire products with teammates. Using these skills, you will be introducing tire products to customers. You'll also be responsible for servicing existing accounts like military base PXs, oil company service stations, commercial accounts and car dealerships, and prospecting for new customers.
You will assist the Store Manager in maximizing:

Service Manager
Serving customers is a key to success in this position. Combining your in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. You'll also select, coach, lead, train and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials and equipment.

Retail Sales Teammate
